I am unable to print a label. What can I do?

If you do not have a printer, there are a number of alternatives you can consider: go to a store which have printing services; send the confirmation email (containing the label) to a friend or neighbour; visit your local library, which might be likely to have a printer for public use.

There is an error on my label. How can I fix it?

I chose pick-up point as the pick up method. Which labels should I place in my parcel?

If you chose to leave your parcel in a pick-up point, as the pick up method, you must place two labels in your parcel: Delnext's label, which you will receive with the payment confirmation e-mail, and the label from the pick-up point, which will be sent to your e-mail within 24 hours (during working days).
