Delnext collects parcels in any point of Continental Portugal and Peninsular Spain, directly in the address that you choose during the checkout.
The collections are automatically scheduled for the following working day, after the confirmation of payment, or for a later date, indicated by the client in the act of registering the order. Delnext has several partnerships with logistics companies and also has its own network. Depending on the collection address of your parcels, we might count with the collaboration of different partners.
Unfortunately, the time of collection if from 9:00 to 19:00 (working days), not being possible to indicate a shorter period. If you are unable to be in the indicated address during that time, you have the possibility of changing the address to one where you will be present during that time period (example: your workplace address).
