How does Delnext's website calculate my parcel's volumetric weight?

Your parcel's volumetric weight is calculated by multiplying its length, height and width and applying a factor of 250. More information about volumetric weight can be found at here.

What happens if my parcels are bigger and/or heavier than declared?

In this case, your parcel will be retained and Delnext may charge additional fees. After you pay the additional fees your parcel will be send.

Do I get better prices if I place more orders?

Delnext has very low prices, and those shown on the website are the most competitive that we can offer... Nonetheless, if you have a company, contact us here so that we can present you a commercial proposal.

Do I get a cover for my parcels?

Yes. Delnext's standard cover amount of your parcel is 10 Euro. If the content value of your parcel is higher than 10 Euro, when placing your order, you have the possibility to add an extra cover.

I just placed and paid an order. What happens now?

You will receive an email confirming that your order was successfully placed. In the same email you will find attached the labels you need to glue in your parcels and you will be also informed when we will collect your parcel.

Which payment methods can I use in Delnext?

You can use either Paypal, ATM, Credit Card or Bank Transfer if you are in Portugal and Paypal, Credit Card and Bank Transfer if you are in Spain. Be aware that an order paid by bank transfer may take up to 48 hours to be confirmed. Thus, in order to speed up the proccess, we strongly recommend you to send a proof of payment by email to info@delnext.com.

What are Prepay Credits?

Prepay Credits are like reloadable Prepaid Cards. You charge it with the value you want and use it to make orders. See more information at here.

May I track my parcels?

Yes. When you place an order, the confirmation email that is sent to you includes a tracking code. Copy the code, go to Delnext's website and paste it in the box “Track Your Shipment” at the bottom of the page. If you are logged in our website, you can also see your parcel details in “My Account” ? “My Parcels”.

How can I check my parcels historic?

Login in Delnext's website and click in “My Account” in the upper right corner. Then go to the tab “My Parcels”. There you can check detailed information of every order you placed.

I have a company. Do I get special conditions on my deliveries?

How can I know more informations about my parcel?

If you wish to know more informations about your parcel, please click here and insert the tracking code of your order. We also inform that:
1) The deliveries to Continental Portugal and Peninsular Spain can be done up to 48 hours after the shipping (working days).
2) The deliveries to the islands, of Portugal and Spain, can be done up to 8 working days after the shipping.
3) The deliveries for outside the Iberian Peninsula can be done up to 8 working days after the shipping.
